1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display product details, including descriptions, images, and prices, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, fraud suspicion, or violation of these Terms. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email; this does not signify acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel any order before shipment with notice.

4. Payments and Billing

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We use third-party payment processors; your payment details are encrypted and subject to the processor’s privacy policy. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within India and selected international locations (where available). Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site, is incorporated into these Terms. Generally, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to conditions. Cancellations may be accepted before order shipment; after dispatch, cancellations are treated as returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. 15. Changes to Terms
