This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through the FazzShop website (fazzshop.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India and select international destinations. For international orders, availability may vary by country. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact our support team to inquire about shipping options.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (India): 3-7 business days after dispatch (metro cities: 3-5 days; remote areas: 5-7 days).
- International: 7-15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; such offers will be clearly communicated on the Site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Site.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different warehouses, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and there will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Customs policies vary widely, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you do not respond within 30 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fazzshop.com with your order number and supporting evidence (photos of damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal or carrier limitations. If such restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions or cancel the order with a full refund.
11. Business Days & Holidays
Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in India. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
