Order Cancellation Policy – FazzShop

This Order Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through the FazzShop website (fazzshop.com). We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer flexible cancellation options to accommodate your needs.


1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped without any penalty. To cancel, please contact our support team at info@fazzshop.com or log in to your account and navigate to “My Orders” to initiate cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, the cancellation will be immediate.

Once cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. However, you may refuse delivery or return the package after receipt. In such cases, the standard Return and Refund Policy will apply. You may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order in the following ways:

  • Via Your Account: Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and click “Cancel Order.” This option is available only if the order status is “Processing” or “Pending.”
  • Via Email: Send an email to info@fazzshop.com with your order number and the subject “Cancel Order.” Our support team will assist you.
  • Via Phone: Contact our customer support during business hours at the number provided on our Contact page.

4. Cancellation by FazzShop

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation;
  • Pricing errors or inaccuracies in product information;
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transaction;
  • Failure to meet payment verification requirements;
  • Shipping restrictions to your location.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the cancellation and provide alternative options where possible.


5. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel specific items before shipment. The remaining items will be processed and shipped as usual. Refunds for canceled items will be processed in accordance with this policy.


6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Pre-shipment cancellations: Full refund including any prepaid shipping charges.
  • Post-shipment cancellations (via return): Refund of product price only; original and return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Refund timeline: Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear.

7. Modifying an Order

If you need to change the shipping address, product variant, or any other details, please contact us immediately. Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible. In such cases, you may cancel and place a new order.


8. Bulk or Pre-Orders

For bulk orders or pre-orders, cancellation terms may vary. Please refer to the specific product page or contact our support team for details. Cancellation of bulk orders may be subject to a cancellation fee if production has already begun.


9. Cancellation of Gift Orders

If you are returning a gift, please refer to the Gift Return section in our Return Policy. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged.

We may update this Order Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
