Payment Policy – FazzShop

Safe, flexible, and convenient payment options for your shopping needs.

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the payment methods available on the FazzShop website (fazzshop.com), the terms of use for each method, and your rights and responsibilities when making payments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash at the time of delivery (available for select locations).
  • PayWido – Our integrated payment gateway accepting credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  • Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay.
  • Debit Cards – All major Indian banks supported.
  • UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any UPI-enabled app.
  • Net Banking – All major banks.
  • Digital Wallets – Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc. (subject to gateway availability).
  • EMI (Easy Monthly Installments) – Available on select credit cards and via PayWido partner banks.

We may add or remove payment methods at any time. The available options will be displayed at checkout.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD allows you to pay for your order in cash when the package is delivered. To use COD:

  • COD is available for orders with a total value between ₹100 and ₹10,000 (subject to change).
  • COD may not be available for all pincodes; eligibility will be shown at checkout.
  • A nominal COD convenience fee (if applicable) will be displayed before order confirmation.
  • Please have the exact amount ready, as delivery personnel may not carry change.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be returned, and future COD orders may be restricted.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for specific users or regions based on order history or fraud risk.

Once a COD order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped like any other order. No prepayment is required.


3. PayWido – Secure Online Payments

PayWido is our trusted payment gateway partner that processes all online transactions securely. When you choose PayWido:

  • Your payment details are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and are never stored on our servers.
  • PayWido supports all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
  • You may also avail EMI options directly through PayWido if offered by your issuing bank.
  • Payment confirmation is instant; your order will be processed immediately upon success.

4. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your financial information:

  • All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
  • We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our systems.
  • 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, etc.) is enabled for added authentication.
  • Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined, please check the following:

  • Insufficient funds or daily limit exceeded.
  • Incorrect card/UPI details or OTP mismatch.
  • Bank/server issues – retry after a few minutes.
  • If the amount was deducted but the order was not confirmed, do not attempt to pay again. Contact us immediately with the transaction reference number. We will verify and either process the order or refund the amount within 7-10 business days.

6. Refunds and Payment Reversals

Refunds for canceled orders, returns, or failed transactions will be processed to the original payment source:

  • Online payments: Refunds are credited to the same card, bank account, or wallet within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • COD payments: Refunds for returned COD orders are processed via bank transfer (NEFT) or store credit. You will need to provide accurate bank details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code) for NEFT refunds.
  • Store credit: Refunds can also be issued as FazzShop store credit, which can be used for future purchases and never expires.

7. Currency and Taxes

All transactions on FazzShop are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. International customers will be charged in INR, and currency conversion fees may apply based on your bank or payment provider.


8. Promotional Discounts and Vouchers

Discount codes, promo vouchers, or gift cards can be applied at checkout before making a payment. Only one discount code can be used per order unless specified otherwise. Discounts are not applicable on COD convenience fees or shipping charges unless stated.


9. Billing Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing details. Mismatched information may lead to payment failure or order cancellation. For corporate or GST invoicing, please enter your GST number and company details at checkout; we will issue a tax invoice accordingly.


10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made, contact your bank immediately and notify us at info@fazzshop.com. We will cooperate with the payment gateway and bank to resolve the issue. In case of a chargeback filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend the related account and cancel pending orders.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment services, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
