Return and Refund Policy – FazzShop

Hassle-free returns and timely refunds for your peace of mind.

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the FazzShop website (fazzshop.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original tags and packaging are intact.
  • It is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2 below).
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, personal care products) for hygiene reasons.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital downloads.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damage or discrepancy to expedite the process.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” section, or contact our support team at info@fazzshop.com with your order number.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags. Include the return authorization slip inside the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided. For eligible returns, we may arrange a free pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: FazzShop will bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup.
  • For change of mind or other eligible returns: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. If we arrange pickup, the cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The timing of the credit depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • UPI / Net Banking: Refunds may take 3-7 business days.
  • Wallet / Store Credit: Instant or within 24 hours.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in posting.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fazzshop.com.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns and will be subject to the return policy (return shipping charges may apply).


10. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, but exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
